What to Expect
After our initial contact, I will arrange a free half-hour session to discuss what brings you to counseling.
If we both agree that we can work together we will then arrange a time and day for our sessions. We will initially discuss the contract for both of us to sign.
I will endeavour to ensure that we meet at the same time and place weekly, or fortnightly if you wish. I prefer to work face to face in either of my two offices or remotely. I can also arrange 'walk and talk' by request.
You will feel safe and listened to when in therapy with me.
We will regularly review our work and will carry on sessions for as long as you wish.
I will help you at your pace and together we will work to achieve your goals.

Difficulties in relationships - do you find that you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships.
Depression - are you in a rut and unsure how to get past it?
Anxiety - is anxiety taking over your world? Would you like to feel that you can control the anxiety?
Grief - do you feel stuck in your grief and unable to move on?Motivation - do you feel unable to complete jobs? Is your head full of thoughts of inadequacy?
Procrastination - preventing you from starting jobs in plenty of time to make sure you have completed them to the best of your abilities?
Feeling unworthy - do you feel “not good enough” so why try? Or if something does go well, do you feel you don't deserve it, or someone else made it happen?
Unable to lead an authentic life - do you feel you are missing something in your life?
These, and many other issues, have been resolved in a good therapeutic relationship between myself and my clients.
